Eastleigh College is a leading further education college with a wealth of experience delivering technical and professional courses for school leavers, adults and employers. All of the college’s courses are developed with industry in mind, ensuring that students are best equipped for progression into, or further progression within the industry.

Eastleigh College has excellent partnerships with local Higher Education (HE) institutions including its partner, the University of Portsmouth, which validates the college’s HE courses, and Solent University with whom it works very closely on adult skills and the recently launched South Coast Institute of Technology (IoT).
Rishi studied Hospitality and Catering. He said:
“I wouldn’t have got to where I am today without the support of my amazing lecturers at Eastleigh College. One day I hope to be able to open my own restaurant and I would like to welcome them all for a meal to thank them.”
Ewan is an art alumnus. He commented:
“My year at Eastleigh College was one of the best times I’ve ever had creating art. When I graduated from the College, I remember thinking that I wish I’d started there when I was younger and that still rings true today. I encourage anyone on the fence to absolutely go for it!”

“After so long in the barbering industry, going back to education and retraining in a completely new field was definitely daunting at first. However, once I settled into the programme it became a lot easier to manage and my tutor was a great source of support throughout.”
